Civil Engineering:
Ferretti International's civil engineering team is specialised in the design of special foundations for industrial complexes such as rolling mills, continuous casters, power plants, furnaces and miscellaneous machinery.
A specific pre-assembled foundation technology has been developed to refurbish existing foundations, thus reducing shut-down times. This technology consists of prefabricated units equipped with conduits, reinforcement steel, metallic inserts, anchor boxes and formwork, prepared before plant shutdown.
Refractory Engineering:
Ferretti International's CAD (Capable Engineering Department) provides the design of complete refractory lining systems, including steel structures as well as the choice of materials and relevant anchoring systems.
Electro-Mechanical & HVAC:
Within the Electro-Mechanical & HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) field, Ferretti International provides solutions to:
- systems for distribution and utilization of low tension, high and extra high tension;
- transformers, switch gears and control rooms;
- digital automation systems;
- system for supply of industrial fluids in gaseous or liquid state;
- thermal plants for production and supply of: steam, superheated water, diathermic oil;
- air-conditioning systems and ducting;
- water treatment and maintenance of hydro-sanitary plants;
- Fire-fighting systems for manual and automatic water operations, usage of foam and inert gas.
